CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Bill Loughborough is the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Management. Bill is a Dallas native and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business. He has spent over 30 years in the consumer finance and marketing industry and is passionate about, and committed to, conducting his business affairs with high integrity while bringing maximum value to the end consumer. Bill has been a member of Entrepreneur Organization for over 20 years and believes in continually learning and growing to keep a competitive advantage.
Richard Burton is the General Counsel of Landmark Management. Rick grew up and went to college and law school in New York State. Prior to attending law school, Rick received his BBA in both Finance and Economics. He has spent his professional legal career counselling and advising clients in highly regulated industries. Rick is very adept at combining his legal advice with sound and practical business strategies. Rick is also a published author.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Craig Rodgers is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of Landmark Management Group. Craig grew up in Louisiana and graduated with cum laude honors from the University of Louisiana – Monroe with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Landmark, Craig was a management, operations and information technology consultant working with Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized businesses. He has a passion for business problem solving, process design and organizational structure design that has helped Landmark grow and become successful in starting and operating multiple businesses.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Chase Nichols is an accomplished marketing leader with over 15 years of digital and offline marketing experience in the financial, insurance and healthcare services industries. He specializes in direct response—developing high-impact omni-channel marketing strategies to drive maximum ROI. Chase believes effective marketing begins with an empathetic understanding of the consumer and utilizes a data-driven, test and learn approach to target the right consumers with the right message at the right time. Chase received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University.
Lincoln Carroll is the General Manager of our Customer Service, Settlement Services, and Funding Departments. Lincoln graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point with a B.S. in Economics, and from Campbell University with his MBA in Management. Prior to joining Landmark, he spent six years as a Finance Officer in the Army and has the past 20 years in financial services, focused on his passion for strategy, operations, and analytics.
Jeremy Lindsay is the Controller of Landmark Management. Jeremy is a Dallas native, a Certified Public Accountant, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He has spent over 23 years in the accounting and finance space in a variety of industries, primarily professional services. Jeremy has been a member of the Dallas Chapter of Financial Executives International for 3 years. He is committed to establishing systems of internal controls (currently pursuing his COSO Internal Controls Certification) and excellence in financial reporting, enabling management to be efficient and agile in ever-changing markets..
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Patrick West brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies define their story, their brand voice and their communications strategy to his position as the Director of Communications for Landmark Management Group. While helping businesses grow and thrive, Patrick has won awards for advertising and communications creativity. That creativity helps gain the attention of audiences and open connections that are rooted in emotional, benefit-driven responses. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University.
Jennifer Presti is the Recruiting Manager of Landmark Management. She is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University in Commerce with a BBA in Human Resource Management. Jennifer has enjoyed 17 years recruiting for small to large size organizations using her exceptional interpersonal skills and resourcefulness to successfully deliver on commitments. She has been described as a Recruiter with a tenacious and persistent style that understands what it takes to be successful in the recruiting world. When Jennifer is not in a discussion with a potential hire, she can be found exploring innovative recruiting techniques.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Tracy Moctezuma is the Director of Human Resources for Landmark Management Group. Tracy joined the Landmark team in 2015 and has over 25 years of diverse human resources experience in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, energy and Real Estate. She has extensive hands-on experience leading various HR initiatives that contribute to the success of the organization. She is passionate about creating and maintaining an inclusive and engaged company culture. Tracy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the DallasHR SHRM Chapter.
Since 2010, Dawn Brannon has been the Accounting Manager of Landmark Management Group, LLC and brings 23 years of various finance and accounting experience to her role. Dawn oversees Landmark’s critical accounting functions, including but not limited to, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, banking, account reconciliations and expense budgeting. Dawn is a Chicago native and graduate of Lamson Junior College and was focused on obtaining her Accounting degree while attending University of Phoenix. Dawn brings a can-do positive attitude to everyone she encounters.
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Mike Ramsey is the Director of Information Technology (IT) at Landmark Management. He has spent 20 years in the IT industry, and has held various roles across Information Technology fields. Mike is accountable for Landmark Management’s robust infrastructure and is a key component in our innovation of new software, process and procedures and the implementation of new technologies to better meet our goals.
MARKETING PROGRAMS MANAGER
Monica Connor is the Marketing Programs Manager at Landmark Management. She grew up in DFW and graduated with a BBA from the University of North Texas. Monica started as a Customer Service Representative and moved to different roles over the years learning the business ultimately landing in the Marketing department. Monica is also very passionate about her co-ed Business Fraternity, Phi Chi Theta, which focuses on leadership and community service. She is also an amateur boxer and coach at Ring of Hope kids boxing club teaching focus and fitness.
